Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Cancer Patients and Education Foundation (CPEF), we deeply value the trust and support of our donors, beneficiaries, and supporters. As a non-profit organization, all contributions and payments are utilized strictly to support our charitable programs and operational costs.
1. Donations
All donations made to CPEF are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Program or Service Payments
Any payments made towards educational programs, workshops, training, or support services are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases such as duplicate transactions or technical errors, refund requests may be reviewed.
3. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
If a donor or participant has been charged more than once for the same transaction, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.
4. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests (only applicable in valid exceptional cases) must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction date by contacting us at:

5. Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
6. Policy Updates
CPEF reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
